Answer 1 of 4: We are traveling to Istanbul in October for 2 weeks. We would like to fly to either Bodrum or Antalya for one of the weeks.. Which one is better? We are interested in day trips to see ruins, Greek Islands, and have warm weather.
If you are looking for a more rural area then why not consider Cirali located 80kms southwest from Antalya which is about an hours drive. Here there are NO big 5 star all inclusive hotels, loud noisy bars or discos, just nice small family hotels and pansiyons. The beach of Cirali is far better in quality even than Antalya's.
